Recently (3/23/23) First Choice Waterproofing, LLC fully encapsulated our residential crawlspace as well as structural repair in the same crawlspace. The organization was very professional, prompt, friendly as well as price competitive while doing top tier work. I highly recommend First Choice Waterproofing, LLC.

I had First Choice come in and install new pump pit and a battery back up pump. I was very pleased with the quality work they did. Very good pricing compared to some. Timely fashion and even used fill dirt from the the dig and some he had from another job and filled in 2 big holes in my yard. Which they surprised me with after we talked about it. Chris and Bernard were excellent. Cared about there work and everything. We definitely formed a friendship together. I definitely looked forward to having them back in a year for the full system when I get some money together. Keep up the great work! 

Had First Choice come in and install a new drain and pumps in my basement. They were very competitively priced (the best priced quote that had nothing but good reviews) and I'm thrilled with the job they did. They took the time to explain everything and every decision they made. You can tell the crew care about the work they are doing as well. They arrived at the same time each day and knocked the whole job out in three days. I would recommend these guys to anyone. 

Chris and his crew are awesome. Very polite and they do a great job. They make sure the customer is happy.

Chris recently came out to my newly purchased home and provided a very competitive quote to install three pumps and waterproof a problematic corner of the basement. Before his work, the sump pump was constantly running, and water was always flowing. After the job was completed, the water issue stopped within a few days.

Chris explained that the previous pump installation was incorrect, causing water to recirculate back into the pit—something I wouldn’t have known. He not only identified the real issue but fixed it properly, without trying to upsell unnecessary work.

He is professional, personable, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail of how they would remedy the issue.

Chris and his team came out a few days later and worked efficiently to repair the crack. They did quality work and backed it with a warranty.

Elizabeth was also very responsive! She called me back the same morning I left a message about needing an estimate. From start to finish, she provided everything we needed quickly from setting up the estimate and repair appointments to providing copies of the estimate and receipts.
